5. Ordering Process

  • Your order submission is an offer to purchase the listed products under these Terms.

  • We will send you an Order Acknowledgement Email confirming receipt but this does not form a contract.

  • A binding contract is formed only upon sending you an Order Confirmation Email confirming acceptance of your order, payment, and shipping details.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including unavailability, pricing errors, or payment failures.

6. Pricing, Product Description & Availability

  • Product images and descriptions are for general guidance only and may not be exact.

  • Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • All applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Taxes, duties, or customs fees for international shipments (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure this address is accurate.

  • Title passes to you when payment is received in full.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or uncontrollable events.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • You may cancel orders free of charge only before shipment. After shipment, cancellations are not accepted.

  • Returns must be initiated within the return window, with product in original condition and packaging.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability for any claim related to products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.

  • We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by California law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

  • Disputes must be brought within two (2) years of the event giving rise to the claim, unless local law mandates otherwise.

  • Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
